Once you've purchased the premium, make sure that you have linked your patreon account with your discord account.

Ayax Premium x1

If you buy the Ayax Premium x1 level you will need to execute the command /premium <server_id> to get the premium acces to any server you want.

You will have to use this command every 2 weeks

And if you buy the Ayax Custom Bot, you will need to open a ticket in 📨│tickets channel to claim it and we will create you it.
